RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the customer service team and manage daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues.
- Train, mentor, and support customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience,
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to obtain professional licensing in the future.
Compensation $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
