RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries (California P&C Licenses required).
- Process insurance payments and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with agent marketing events/programs/call campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you will be tested).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (you can't fake this part).
- Previous experience in office or a related sales preferred.
Compensation $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
