ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an office services/sales rep you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support with the guidance of your agent (yes you will have instructions).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the customers & service all business, daily operations, payments, mailings.
- Assist with online presence and grow our footprint.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Achieve weekly/monthly goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in customer service (proven)
- Personal Lines CA license (willing to attain AZ and NV)
- Communication and problem-solving abilities (you will be tested).
Compensation $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
